For any social media requests please contact at least 1 week before your requested posting date in order for the Social Media Managers to schedule the posts in effectively and fairly.

When sending your requests please be sure to include the following information:

  • Name of your group
  • Description/blurb of the event or initiative (Reminder to write your blurb in the 3rd person)
  • Graphic
  • Date and time of posting
  • Social media platform to be posted on

Failure to follow this format or submitting a request without 1-week notice may result in your event not being shared on our social media platforms.
