Job Purpose:

The Services Administrator is responsible for assisting the Executive Vice President in ensuring the services the TRSS provides for its students and student groups are executed efficiently and effectively.  They are also responsible for maintaining an inventory of all merchandise retained by TRSS. This position will help the individual develop strong organizational and time management skills.

Duties:

  • Development and distribution of the agenda books
  • Manage Kiosk Bookings
  • Ensure office supplies are replenished in a timely manner
  • Enforce and manage poster policies throughout TRSM
  • Manage other services provided by the TRSS
  • May also be asked to perform additional duties and special projects, at the request of the Executive Vice President
  • Responsible for maintaining an inventory of all merchandise retained by TRSS
  • Assist the Executive Vice President with other organizational functions of the TRSS

Minimum Time Commitment: 5 hours per week

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral), being able to pay attention to detail
  • Must be organized, reliable, be able to work under tight deadlines and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, Google Drive
  • Attendance at monthly committee meetings as needed
