Corporate Relations Committee | Communication Manager

Job Purpose:

The Communication Manager of the Corporate Relations Committee (CRC) will act as the liaison between the TRSS Corporate Relations Committee. The Communication Manager must have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize, and will assist the Vice President of Corporate Relations with any administrative actions and decisions on behalf of the organization.


  • Collaborate with the marketing committee to develop partnership packages
  • Responsible for accurately reporting and tracking any and all meetings/results
  • Management of CRM system
  • Assist in completing partnership reports once a month (or as needed) with Vice President of Corporate Relations
  • Attend weekly/bi-weekly Corporate Relations Committee meetings including booking rooms & scheduling of meetings while maintaining meeting minutes
  • Assist VP Corporate Relations in special projects, events, and initiatives
  • Distributing TRSSAA newsletter/updates
  • Maintain the CRC archive that holds all student group packages, TRSS sponsorship documents

Minimum Time Commitment:  6 hours per week

  • Creativity and design skills are an asset to assist with sponsorship packages
